Taking inspiration from the Farmers Market and our gardens, we will craft a menu for you and your guests to cook and enjoy.
Each Seasonal Supper menu will include a beverage and starter which will be ready for your guests when they arrive. During the class we will all cook together to make an entrée, salad, simple vegetable side and dessert. Menus can accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences with advance knowledge. Menus do not include alcohol, though you are welcome to provide that for your guests.

Sample Menus
These are just examples of the types of menus we can create for you. We will work with you one on one to design the perfect meal for your event.
Spring
Start with Spring Vegetable Toasts with Pea Puree and a Sparkling Strawberry Mint Soda. Main meal of Pasta Primavera, Bitter Green Salad, Side of Asparagus and Lemon Bars for dessert.
Fall
Start the night with Goat Cheese Stuffed Figs and some Warmly Spiced Tea. Main meal of Butternut Squash Risotto, Kale and Cabbage Caesar Salad, a side of Roasted Mushrooms and Apple Crisp for dessert.
Summer
Start with a Gazpacho to sip along with a cooling Summer Fruit Soda. Main meal of Ratatouille over Polenta, Tomato and Corn Salad, a side of Green Beans and a Stone Fruit Galette for dessert.
Winter
Warm up with a cup of Creamy Vegetable Soup to start along with a warm Tea Latte. Main meal of Chicken or Vegetable Pot Pie, Delicata Squash Kale Salad, a Side of Roasted Root Vegetables and an Orange Upside-down Cake for dessert.

If a multicourse meal seems like too much for your party, choose one of these simple menus.
Soup and Salad
Keep it simple with a Soup and Salad chosen from our list menu of options. You will also choose between making rolls or biscuits or a dessert. Or add on both for an additional fee.
Pizza and Salad
Make pizza together from crust to finish. Choose your salad from our menu of options. Top it all off with a simply delicious dessert for an additional fee.
